Ladder Canyon Ranch will be hold the second Sorting of their winter Sorting Series this saturday November 17 in Whitehall, at the Briggs, Jefferson Valley Equine indoor arena. November 3 was the first sorting of the series, with over 140 team entered in the different divisions. There was a big turn out of novice and beginner sorters, along with a big interest in the youth riders, with over 18 teams entered in the twelve and under division. Sorting consists of cutting with some reining thrown in. Sorting is one of the fastest growing family equine sports today. Saturday's sorting will start at 10 a.m., taking enteries at 9 a.m. Class divisions will be an Open, Drawpot, 12 and under, #7 with a #5 incentive, and a #4 with a #2 incentive.
